Parents, We are preparing for the first day of school and want to send some reminders about our new cafeteria option and information on student-athletes physicals and LHSAA forms. We are eager to get students back on campus and kick off the school year! We are finalizing our Covid protocols and will send a separate email tomorrow morning with those updates. LUNCH INFORMATION We are excited to announce that we have an on-campus lunch provider with Mike Foster Good Catering. Mike will provide all lunch and catering options for our campus. We will offer different varieties of entrees as well as salads, grab and go and snack items. We will not have catered lunches from offsite restaurants this year. What has not changed is how students pre-order their hot lunch items (grab and go and snacks do NOT have to be pre-ordered). Please review the below process and let us know if you have any questions. Students must pre-order their lunches by Thursday at 4 p.m. every week.
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED FROM THE STUDENT’S LOYOLA GMAIL ACCOUNT.
If you receive a message saying “You need Permission,” you are not logged into the student’s Google email account.
Funds will be deducted daily from the student’s My School Bucks account.
Visit www.myschoolbucks.com to add funds to your student's account via credit or debit card or you can bring a check or cash to the Anderson Building.
Please verify funds are available before placing an order.
Because meals are pre-ordered, the student’s account is charged even if they do not pick up their meal.

STUDENT PHYSICAL & LHSAA FORMS Loyola College Prep is a member school with the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA). The LHSAA requires any student who participates in a sport to have a current physical on file that is signed by a parent. If students do not have a current physical on file, they cannot participate in their sport. The blank form can be printed from the Athletics page of the website. It must be first signed by a parent and completed by a physician. Please return all completed yearly physical forms via email to [email protected]. Because of our partnership with CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System, they are offering FREE physicals this Saturday, Aug. 7 at 9 a.m. at the CHRISTUS Outpatient Therapy location, 8835 Line Ave., Shreveport (behind Outback and next to Ashley Ridge Business Park). Students do not need to make an appointment, but they do need to arrive by 9 a.m. FREE STUDENT-ATHLETE PHYSICALS Saturday, Aug. 7 | 9 a.m. CHRISTUS Outpatient Therapy 8835 Line Ave., Shreveport NEW STUDENT-ATHLETES LHSAA forms are valid for all four years a student competes in any sport at Loyola and will only need to be completed once with the exception of the yearly physical. To cut down on paper and to simplify keeping up with the forms, we use our My School App portal for athletic forms. Forms are assigned to students/parents in the Portal based on rosters submitted by the coaches. However, if you would like to request forms be assigned in advance, please visit https://www.loyolaprep.org/athletic-forms and complete the request form to the left. To complete your forms, please visithttps://loyolaprep.myschoolapp.com/ on your phone, tablet, or computer. Your login information is the same as when you registered for classes. All the forms except the Parental Permission Form must be signed by the student as well as a parent and the students will need to log in using their own login.
