Big news from Dog House Gaming! Our League of Legends Esports team defeated the "Red Hot Wings" from Sheboygan, WI on Tuesday evening. This is our team's 3rd win in a row and currently places us at #1 in our division out of 41 teams. Good luck Flyers and we hope you continue to have a successful season on the rift.
A representative from Baylor University will be here on Monday, March 6 at 11:45 am to meet with interested students. Juniors and Seniors interested in attending the visit should sign up in Naviance at least 24 hours in advance.
Both the JV and Varsity Loyola Lacrosse teams will be traveling to Tyler, Tx on Saturday, March 4 to take on Cumberland Academy (7200 Paluxy Dr, Tyler, TX 75703). JV will play at 10:00am and Varsity will follow at 11:30am. Come out and support Flyers Lacrosse!
Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 03.06-03.10.2023. https://forms.gle/9aQoHo9q9kjHnkhw9- The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.

Service Hour Opportunity- The 9th annual Snoopy Shootout (trap shoot contest), which is sponsored by the Loyola Alumni Association, will be held on Saturday March 11th at the Shreveport Gun Club. They need help with the shooting stations and other areas. You will receive 5 service hours for working from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. You will receive training on all safety procedures. You will be provided with food and drinks. Email coach Mawhinney if you are interested in helping.

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is currently underway. The registration fee is $300 if registering before the March 15 deadline. Tuition Assistance applications are also due at this time. Our ACT/Pre-ACT testing day is approaching. On Tuesday, March 7 all juniors, sophomores and freshmen will participate in this test day. After testing, students will be dismissed. We will not have a regular scheduled school day, but participating in this testing day is required.
LCP Parents are invited to attend the St. John Berchmans Silent Auction event “Lights, Camera, Auction!” scheduled for Saturday, April 15 at Artspace.
