- Today is a late start day. The first bell rings at 9:15 and the tardy bell rings at 9:20.
- There will be a senior trip meeting today in the gym during the first half of lunch.
- Track Team News - The Flyers competed at the Benton Tiger Relays on Thursday and here are the results: Congratulations to Tripp Roemer, Mark Henry, Carter Ward and Mathis Stanberry for placing 2nd in the 4x800 Meter Relay,Emily G. Anderson 2nd in the 800, Emily G. Anderson, Annie Ballard, Chloe Reed and Mary Helen Burford 3rd in the 4x800 Meter Relay, and Reece Armagost 3rd in pole vault!
- Tennis Team News - The LCP Girls tennis team dominated Calvary on Thursday! Singles players Maggie Googe and Kathryn Elberson didn’t drop a single game in their victories on the #1 and #2 singles courts. Mary Marzelle Elberson and Sophia Fertitta won on the #1 court in a tiebreaker. Mae Graf and Sadie Green won on the #2 court in a tiebreaker. Chloe Barre and Cassidy Kirk won on the #4 court., Emma Moore and Macy Turner won on the #5 court.,
- Loyola competed in the Regional Science Fair last week with fantastic results! Loyola won second place overall!

Garland Barrett and Savannah Smith - 2nd place, qualified for State
Reese Jacobs - 3rd place
Grace Shepherd and Anna Morris - 3rd place
Carter Sophr and Ethan Armand - 1st place, qualified for State
Julia Braud - 2nd place, qualified for State
Julia Braud won a special award from the American Chemical Society. Ethan Armand and Carter Spohr won an award from STARBASE for Most Outstanding Project High School Engineering Division. Congrats to all of our Flyers, and thank you Mrs. Jessica Weiss for your guidance and support!- The girls golf team will compete at Stonebridge today. Good luck, Flyers!
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 03.18.2024 – 03.22.2024. https://forms.gle/SWEde cs24 kFX AWBA - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY March 15th at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
- Divine Mercy Chaplet will be said during the first half of lunch every Friday during the remainder of Lent.
- Service Hour Opportunity - Diane Chudley of Luv Michael volunteer program would like to set up a Zoom call meeting with students for Tuesday, March 5th @ 6pm. This would be a chance for them to know more about the program and ask any questions they may have. She will be sending the Zoom link soon which Ms. Barker will then share with you all. Please, encourage students to attend the Zoom call along with Ms. Barker if they are interested in helping Luv Michael.
- *Luv Michael, a 501c3 that supports meaningful work for autistic adults, has a nationally recognized volunteer program where your students can learn about autism, support autism acceptance, and make a difference in their community. The volunteer program is 100% digital and service hours can be earned from anywhere. We would appreciate your support for autism acceptance and encouraging your students to learn more about us and consider volunteering.

- The LPA meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 6th is canceled for this month due to the conflict with Teacher Appreciation Week. Therefore, the LPA will add a meeting in April on Wednesday, April 3rd at noon at the Catholic Center in the library.
- The deadline to register your student for the 2024-25 school year and pay the $300 registration fee is Friday, March 15. After this date the registration fee will increase to $500. Please note that March 15 is also the deadline if you wish to apply for Tuition Assistance.
- NEW Loyola Rosary Group - During the Lenten season the Rosary Group will hold a Joyful Mysteries Moderate Floor Workout led by certified Rosary core instructor, Allyson Lawson on Monday Mornings at 8 AM in the Volleyball Lounge located in the GYM. Join us as we integrate the prayers of the Rosary with core strengthening, stretching and movements to nourish the body and cultivate inner peace.
- Please meet in the office at 8 AM on Mondays & bring an exercise mat.
