Tomorrow (Tuesday, March 7) all juniors, sophomores and freshmen will participate in the ACT/Pre-ACT test day. After testing, students will be dismissed. We will not have a regular scheduled school day, but participating in this testing day is required. Seniors do not have to attend school tomorrow unless they are taking the ACT.
Lacrosse Team News - Congratulations to the Loyola JV Lacrosse team on their 16-5 win over the Cumberland Academy Knights on Saturday! Jack Gilmer was the scoring leader with 5 goals, followed by Holland Marrs, Charles Pippin and Jonathan Peeples with 2 each. Fatte Ivy, Anderson Phillips, Mason Drake, Brennen Keneker and Ben Pickett each scored once. OurVarsity teamplayed well but were defeated by a score of 7-8. Rowan Guthikonda, Robert Pavlick and Alex Horton each scored 2 goals followed by Gray Burch with one.The Loyola Varsity and JV Lacrosse teams will take on Magnet High on Tuesday, March 7 at Messmer Stadium. Varsity will play at 6:00pm with JV to follow. Please come out and support your LCP Flyers Lacrosse teams this week!
Juniors and Seniors -Three current students from the United States Military Academy at West Point will be here Wednesday, March 8 at 10:45am to talk about their experiences. Any junior or senior interested in attending a military academy or enlisting in the armed forces should attend. Please sign up in Naviance at least 24 hours in advance and contact Mrs. Clark for more information.

Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
Tennis Team News -Flyers Dominated the St. Fred’s tennis invitational at Bossier Tennis Center Friday. Participating schools were Loyola, St. Fred’s, Calvary, and St. Mary’s. The Flyers won 7 out of 10 flights. Sanders Graf and Mary Elberson won #1 singles. Taylor Nash won #2 girls singles, Charles Valulius and Gregor Ghali won #1 boys doubles, Stander Olsan and Keller Brown won #2 boys doubles flight, Mae Graf and Sophia Fertitta won #2 girls doubles flight, Collier White and Jack Walls won their #3 boys doubles flight. Sadie Green and Kate Davis also had wins for the flyer girls at the #3 girls doubles line and Landon Hooper had wins for the flyer boys at the #2 singles spot leading Loyola to an overall record of 24-4 win / loss record for the Tournament!

Parent Announcements
Students will begin wearing Spring Uniforms on Monday, March 20. The Uniform Closet is fully stocked with polos, khaki shorts and girls' skirts. We also have a large selection of Spirit Shirts and apparel for all of our LCP sports teams. All items are $3 each. The closet is open Monday through Friday during regular school hours. Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is currently underway. The registration fee is $300 if registering before the March 15 deadline. Tuition Assistance applications are also due at this time. A reminder that this year we are using FACTS for tuition assistance. You can log on to FACTS at: http://online.factsmgt.com/aidand apply.
