Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 04.17.2023 – 04.21.2023. https://forms.gle/NaQuoyLvMh8SYZHH7 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.

The JV Lacrosse game scheduled for this Friday, April 14 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 25 at 6pm at Messmer Stadium. JV Lacrosse will be taking on Catholic High at 11am this Saturday, April 15 at 11:00am at Messmer Stadium followed by Varsity playing at 1:30pm. Come out and support LCP Lacrosse!!!

Congratulations to Mark Henry, Carter Ward, Landon Hooper and Reese Jacobs for 1st in the 4x800 meter relay, Eli Baker for 1st in high jump, Hayden DeBroeck 1st in pole vault, Reece Armagost 1st in pole vault, Ben Pickett 2nd in pole vault, Cooper DeFatta 2nd in javelin, Emma Sipes 2nd in javelin, Tripp Roemer 3rd in the 400, Mark Henry 3rd in the 800, Emily G. Anderson, Brooke Tuminello, Bella Cascio and Amelia Hanes 3rd in the 4x800 meter relay at the Caddo Parish Championship! Tripp Roemer broke the school record in the 400 with a time of 52.67, and Reece Armagost broke his school record in pole vault with a vault of 11'7"! The Flyers will be back on the track Tuesday for the District Championship Meet at Lakeside High School!
Little Rock Tornado Fundraiser Update - On March 31st, a major tornado swept through Little Rock, Arkansas, leaving widespread destruction in its wake. Beginning on Tuesday, April 11th, the Student Government Association will be sponsoring a fundraiser to raise funds that will be sent to the Catholic Diocese of Little Rock. Each day, from Tuesday, April 11th through 7th hour on Friday, April 14th, students will have the opportunity to place their cash/check donations in a designated envelope in their religion class. Everyday the amount that each class has donated will be recorded and announced. Our goal is to raise$2,550. The final total will be announced at the Friday, April 14th pep rally, and if the donation goal of $2,550 is reached, the entire student body will receive an early lunch dismissal from April 17th to April 21st.All proceeds will be donated to the Catholic Diocese of Little Rock. We hope to have maximum student involvement. The results SGA fundraiser for Thursday April 13th are:

The Loyola Regional and State Tennis teams have been selected and will compete in Regionals at a Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club on Monday and Tuesday of next week. Representing the girls team is: Mary Elberson,Taylor NashMae Graf, Cassidy Kirk, Addison Knox, Sadie Green, Sophia Fertitta, Audrey Dufrene; Representing the Boys team: Keller Brown, Landon Hooper,Sanders Graf, Ravi Ahuja,Gregor Ghali, Bo Bowman, Stander Olsan, Collier White Winners will advance to the State Tournament in Monroe. The annual 5K Sam’s Run, will be held June 3rd, 2023. This Run was established to pay tribute to the memory of Sam Walker Lees. Sam’s Run helps to support and bring awareness to the Foundation that was formed in Sam’s memory. “The Look in the Mirror Foundation '', which has started a college scholarship fund. Please join us on June 3rd, with family and friends, runners, walkers of all ages to celebrate Sam’s memory with this 5K Run. The race starts at 8:00 am, on the grounds of LSUS, followed with food, beverages, music and awards. Congratulations to Addison Knox who won first place in the art category of the Holocaust Literary and Arts Competition. She won $400.
Mary Linnea Walker came in second place in the poetry competition and took home $200.

Service Hour Opportunity - Samaritan Counseling Center needs volunteers to help with their Clay Shoot Fundraiser this Saturday, (7am-noon) April 15th. Service Hour Opportunity - Former CMM students are needed to help out at the CMM Renaissance Fair on April 21 from 1-3. There are about 15 carnival type stations that they need students to run. Only students who attended CMM will be excused from school early on that day in order to volunteer. (Volunteers will need to report by 12:30.) Once all time slots are filled, registration for volunteers will be closed. Please note you must have a (C) average or better in all classes in order to participate.
