- Hispanic Heritage Month is coming and we want to acknowledge our Loyola families who have Hispanic heritage. Whether you are a student, faculty or staff if you are of Hispanic heritage (parents, grandparents or great-grandparents) please see Mrs. Soberal in room 205 anytime before Friday Sept 16.
- If you missed Line-up & Sign-up, it's not too late to get involved! Please link below to the Club Descriptions Google Doc where you can read a description of each club and find the email address for each club's sponsor. Contact the club's sponsor directly to sign up.
Join the more than 80% of LCP students who joined a club this year! Questions: [email protected]- Congratulations to the Loyola Cross Country Team for finishing in the 5th place overall this past weekend at the Border Dash Meet. The Girls XC Team was led by Team Captain Sarah Roppolo who ran a career personal best record (PR) with a time of 26:53.05. While the Boys XC Team was led by Team Captain Tripp Roemer who set a new course record for Loyola and PR of 16:25.26!
- Volleyball vs. Captain Shreve today at Shreve at 4:30pm (Fr/JV/V)
- JV Football vs. North DeSoto today at Messmer at 5:30pm
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.19 – 09.23.2022. https://forms.gle/afui419NtMM97ohW8 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
- Service Hour Opportunity - "Empty Bowls", is the Food Bank’s annual fundraising dinner. It will take place on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Volunteers will be needed from 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The event will be held in the grand ballroom of Bally’s Shreveport Casino & Hotel, Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport, LA; The primary task will be for the students to provide table (waiter) service for patrons. Tea/water refills, removal of dirty dishes, etc.
- Service Hour Opportunity - First Baptist Church School's Fall Carnival is Thursday, October 6th, 2022. The carnival is from 3:00-6:00 pm. We will need 20 volunteers to work the event from 2:45-6:00. If interested, please contact FBCS Volunteer Chairman Caroline McKenzie at [email protected] .
