- Thank you to the SGA for hosting Kona Ice for our second Flyer Giving Day! If you purchased Kona Ice yesterday and did not write your name on the sheet, please email Mrs. Harris at [email protected]. We want a chance to thank everyone who supported Flyer Giving Day!
- Style Show Practice THIS Sunday, September 25th in the gym starting at 2:00PM. Please check your email for your specific time.
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.26-09.30.2022. https://forms.gle/cJRm4rpTbCVatU1b9 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
- Service Hour Opportunity - St, Elizabeth Ann Seton is having a rummage sale on Saturday, September 24th from 9:00 - 2:00. If you would be interested in helping out for service hours, please contact Mrs. Brown at [email protected] .
- Service Hour Opportunity - Christ United Methodist Church in Shreveport will be hosting field trips for Caddo Parish PreK- 2nd grade students during our Loyola Fall Break (October 21 & 24, 8:30 - 12:30 )and they are in need of volunteers. Activities they need help with: Crafts, filling mini pumpkin patch, games, loading and unloading children on hayride, leading groups from one activity to another, helping with science experiments, helping with snacks, helping clean; If you are interested, please contact Jen Lowe at [email protected] .
- Service Hour Opportunity - St. Mary of the Pines needs volunteers to work their St. Francis Day Blessing of the Animals and Pet Vaccination Clinic on Sunday, October 2nd. Volunteers are needed from 1:30-5:30. If you are interested, please email Mrs. Johnson at [email protected]
- Service Hour Opportunity - Volunteers needed to help at the St. Mary of the Pines food booth at the Red River Revel on Saturday, Oct. 8. Two shifts are available: 10 am- 2 pm and 1:30 pm - 6 pm. Please email Fr. Johnson by Friday, September 23 if interested: [email protected] .

Service Hour Opportunity - First Baptist Church School's Fall Carnival is Thursday, October 6th, 2022. The carnival is from 3:00-6:00 pm. We will need 20 volunteers to work the event from 2:45-6:00. If interested, please contact FBCS Volunteer Chairman Caroline McKenzie at [email protected] .
Parent Announcements- Anyone who would like to be added to our list of potential substitute teachers please contact Mrs. Johnson at [email protected] or Mrs. Watts at [email protected] Subs will have to follow state and diocesan regulations which include being fingerprinted, having a full background check, and taking Protecting God's Children.
- Attendance Reminder - Per the LCP Student Handbook, students will not be allowed to checkout after 2:00pm without specific written documentation of a doctor’s appointment before 3:00pm.
