- There is a mask mandate in place statewide. Masks are required.
- The Loyola College Prep Blood Drive will be held Tuesday, October 19th from 8:00 - 2:00 pm. Register online here if you would like to donate - https://donor.lifeshare.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/228927 ; Donors must be at least 16 years old. - Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 10/04/21 – 10/08/21 https://forms.gle/rdcnG4SHe5bwrQub9 . The deadline to order meals for the week is THURSDAY at 4:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. Visit www.myschoolbucks.com to add funds. Please verify funds are available before placing an order. **Orders are charged even if not picked up. **Orders must be placed from the student's Loyola Google account/email. If they are not sure how to do this, the student should stop by the Anderson Building with their iPad for assistance.
- Swim Team News - Congratulations to Ella Glass who finished 2nd over all out of 55 swimmers in the women's 50 yard freestyle and 3rd overall out of 21 swimmers in the women's 100 yard backstroke and Isabella Romanski who finished 13 out of 34 in the women's 100 yard freestyle at Saturday's Shreveport YMCA swim meet.
- Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors: Bayou North Area Health Education Center will be here to speak to students interested in a medical field career and tell them about area programs to learn more about those possible careers, such as AHEC of a Summer, Day with the Doctors, and more. The meeting will be Wednesday, Sept 29 during the last 30 min of 5th period.
- Garden Park sessions will be held Wednesdays right after school in Ms. Barker's class R203. We will be chatting with the elderly residents via Zoom, writing cards, and making decorations. We hope to see you there.
- There will be a tennis team meeting in R302 during the second half of the lunch period TODAY for any new students wishing to try out for the team. Last year's members do not need to attend.
- St. Mark’s is searching for volunteers to help at the first Kids on the Run Race!

Only students who wish to apply and did NOT attend the first interest meeting will need to come.
- Service Hours Available for helping at St. Mary of the Pines Blessing of the Animals/Vaccination Clinic on the afternoon Sunday October 3 should contact Mrs. Johnson to sign up.
- Service Hours Available - The ARC of Caddo-Bossier is seeking volunteers for it's therapeutic horsemanship program for people with disabilities. If you are interested in helping, email [email protected] .
- There will be a Key Club meeting Wednesday September 29th at 6 pm in the cafe. Check your email for the sign up sheet.
