October 5, 2023Announcements for Thursday, October 5, 2023 - Today is a B day.
- School will be closed Friday, October 6th through Tuesday, October 10th for Fall Break. Students will return to school on Wednesday, October 11th.
- Softball interest meeting TODAY in room 102 during the second half of lunch. Email Coach McGimsey at [email protected] with any questions.
- Your Flyer Football Team takes on the Green Oaks Giants Friday night at 7:00PM at Messmer!
- Students will begin wearing the winter uniform (pants/skirts, blazers, and ties) on Monday, October 16th.
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 10.09.2023-10.13.2023. https://forms.gle/ndk4RvYhnxQdAheH6 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
- Service Hour Opportunity - The Fairfield Elementary Fall Carnival needs student volunteers to work concessions and fill in at booths and games. The carnival is Friday Oct. 20 from 4-7 p.m. Students can sign up for an hour-long shift by texting/calling Mrs. Lane King at 318-470-3355.
- Service Hour Opportunity - Volunteers are needed to assist at the Blessing of the Animals event and vaccination clinic at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church on Sunday, October 8th. For more information and to register to volunteer, please see the attached flyer.
- The Booster Club is hosting a tailgate for the Loyola vs Green Oaks game this Friday night. Tailgate starts at 5:30. Pulled Pork Sliders will be served. Please join us for some fellowship, fun, and of course, FOOTBALL!!!!!

If paying online, please fill out the green "Sponsorship" form or yellow "Senior Seating" form and email it to the appropriate Chair. We can't wait to "Twist, Rock and Hip Hop Through the Decades" with you.
