Announcements for Monday, October 17th, 2022 - Today is a B day.
•    JV Football vs. Lakeside tonight at Messmer at 5:00pm.
•    Students will begin wearing the winter uniform on October 25th.
•    Congratulations to the Loyola Cross Country Team members who participated in the "Heroes Run". Teresa Fields finished 3rd in her age division while XC brothers Nick and William Kampert both had a great race together in the 5k. Mathis Stanberry is the 1st Flyer on the XC Team to complete the Half Marathon and finished 3rd at the "Heroes Run" in his age division.

•    Yearbook Picture Retake Day is Oct 27th from 3-4PM at The Harrington House Studio.
•    Attention Sophomores: Since 1958, Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership, HOBY Seminar has provided transformative leadership development training that has positively impacted the lives of over 500,000 high school students around the world. At the seminars, students enjoy an interactive process where they participate with community leaders from various sectors such as business, technology, education, government, arts, and science.  HOBY participants get a realistic look at their nation, its people and their role in the world community while meeting people their age from all over the state. If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, please see Mrs. Hodges or Ms. Hymel for an application. All applications will be due to Ms. Hymel by Wednesday, October 26.

•    Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 10.24.2022-10.28.2022.  https://forms.gle/t89UJDTKYAEEmiE18 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.
•    St. Mark's Cathedral School invites all Loyola families to join us at the Paw Print Sprint on October 29th! You can run or sign up as a phantom runner and receive the official race shirt. •    Service Hour Opportunity - The Eden Gardens Fall Carnival will be held at Broadmoor Baptist Church on October 29th, from 10 am – 2 pm. Volunteers are needed to work two hour shifts. •    Students will begin wearing Winter Uniforms when they return from Fall Break on Tuesday, October 25. The Loyola Uniform Closet is located in the Anderson Building and is accessible to all students and parents during regular school hours.   Blazers are $20 and all other uniforms, including pants, skirts, ties, Oxford shirts and spirit shirts are $2 each. The closet also has a large assortment of apparel for most Loyola sports teams and many clubs. Donations of both new and gently used uniforms are welcome at any time.  Senior Parents, don't forget that your student will need a blazer for the Style Show.
