Who are the people in your life that help you to walk toward God? Ask yourself the following questions: Who gave me a safe place to be? Who listened to me with great care and attention? Who told me the truth, even when it was difficult? Who introduced me to prayer, or worship, or Scripture? Who talked to me about Jesus, or his mother, Mary, or God as a loving parent? In this time of Advent, take time to think how you could be that person for someone else and thank the person who was your guide in faith.
