LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 12.16-12.20.2024. https://forms.gle/yRR2NbLtiyL6TSgN9 https://forms.gle/mtWzs9EaZatdR48Z7 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm.
Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the student’s Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up.
Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
STUDENT LEAD ROASAY: Student-led rosary every Tuesday at 7:15 am in the St. Michael Chapel. All students, faculty, and parents are welcome.
Business Club: The last Business Club meeting of the semester will be Wednesday, December 11th, during lunch in room 105. The winner of the Stock Market Challenge will be announced!
CEREAL COLLECTION: Beginning Monday, Dec. 9th LCP will be collecting cereal for Common Ground and the “ Flyer Express.” We are asking each student to bring in their favorite box of “fun cereal” to share with their fellow Flyers and to donate to Common Ground. On Monday, Dec. 16th we will have a Pajama Day and cereal during lunch to kick off exam week. We donate all the extra cereal to Common Ground for their food pantry. LCP is building a Flyer Community citywide.

PORTER’S COAT DRIVE: Please bring in gently used or new coats to help those in need this winter season. The coats can be dropped off in the box located in the front office. The final pickup will be before Christmas break. Let’s show our Faith in Action to our local community.
SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES:
WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA: On December 14, 2024 at 11:00 am (wreath placement immediately following ceremony), Wreaths Across America will be at Greenwood Cemetery to remember and honor our veterans through the laying of remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

GARDEN PARK:Garden Park meets every Wednesday, from 3 pm - 4 pm, at 9111 Linwood Avenue. Each week we participate in different and fun activities with the residents of Garden Park. For more information on this service hour opportunity, please contact Ms. Barker.
CHRISTMAS IN ROSELAND:
Event Details:
- Location: American Rose Center, 8877 Jefferson Paige Rd, Shreveport, LA
- Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years old
- Dates: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from November 29 – December 15; nightly from December 16 – December 23
- Time: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm (Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30 pm)
Volunteer Perks:
- A free pass to enjoy the park on any other night of Christmas in Roseland
- Light snacks and water during your break (please bring a water bottle)
- The chance to spread holiday cheer while supporting a meaningful cause!
Volunteer FAQ:
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at 4:30 pm to ensure smooth entry before traffic increases.
- Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and a jacket for colder nights.
