EXAM SCHEDULE: 3rd hour exam from 7:45 - 9:15 & 4th hour exam from 9:30 - 11:00. If a student only has one (1) exam on any particular day, then that is the only time they need to come for that particular day.
LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 01.06-01.10.2025. https://forms.gle/K42Jz1mdZLcDDsw77- The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm.
Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the student’s Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up.
Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
BOY’S SOCCER: The top ranked Loyola Flyers defeated Minden last night 1-0 to secure their first District 1 Division III win! The goal was scored by senior Mark Henry.
The Flyers are back in action this weekend, Saturday morning at 10 AM as they take on Division 1 powerhouse, Dutchtown at Messmer. Come out and support the Flyers Saturday morning!

SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES:
GARDEN PARK:Garden Park meets every Wednesday, from 3 pm - 4 pm, at 9111 Linwood Avenue. Each week we participate in different and fun activities with the residents of Garden Park. For more information on this service hour opportunity, please contact Ms. Barker.
CHRISTMAS IN ROSELAND:
Event Details:
- Location: American Rose Center, 8877 Jefferson Paige Rd, Shreveport, LA
- Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years old
- Dates: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from November 29 – December 15; nightly from December 16 – December 23
- Time: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm (Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30 pm)
Volunteer Perks:
- A free pass to enjoy the park on any other night of Christmas in Roseland
- Light snacks and water during your break (please bring a water bottle)
- The chance to spread holiday cheer while supporting a meaningful cause!
Volunteer FAQ:
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at 4:30 pm to ensure smooth entry before traffic increases.
- Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and a jacket for colder nights.
