LUNCH:Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here:   Week of 02.17.2025-02.21.2025.  https://forms.gle/uLMKxVwaFA1GvTuw7 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the student’s Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

SOCCER SEMI-FINAL PLAYOFFS: The #1 ranked Loyola Flyer Soccer teams will be playing in the Semi-Final rounds Friday, February 14^th at Messmer Stadium. The boys team will take on Archbishop Hannan at 5:00pm and the girls team will be playing Calvary Baptist at 7:00pm.  Students get in free thanks to the generosity of the soccer parents. You MUST have your student ID for free admission. Per LHSAA regulations, everyone must pay admission for entry and the stadium will be cleared between games to allow for accurate admission collection

Come out and cheer our Flyers on to the State Championships!!! There will be giveaways and food for LCP students.  Let’s go Flyers!!!

JUNIORS: A representative from the University of Alabama will be here on Friday at 12. If you'd like to hear more information about the school and get some tips on your application, please register for this visit in Scoir.

VARSITY CHEER: MANDATORY Varsity Cheer Interest Meeting will be Thursday Feb. 20 at 5:30pm in the Loyola Gym.

REGISTRATION: Registration and application for tuition assistance for the 2025-2026 school year has begun.  Please make sure your account has been created in FACTS in order to start the registration process.  The link for information to create the FACTS Family Portal account is: https://factsmgt.com/

The deadline to register and apply for tuition assistance is Monday, March 17.  After that date, the registration fee will increase to $500.

GIRLS: If you are interested in selling your homecoming and prom dresses or shopping for fair-priced consignment formal wear, check out Elegant Exchange. This local nonprofit is run by a high school senior, and they would love your involvement! SOFTBALL: Hello Flyer Fans! We are readying St. Vincents Field for the 2025 Softball season and now have General Admission Softball Season Passes on sale. Passes are $40 each and are valid for one (1) general admission per pass to all home pre and regular season games.

As always, Loyola students get into home regular season games free with their student ID. Children 6 and under are free to get in the game.

SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES:

MARDI GRAS TEA: Catholic Daughters of the Americas in the Shreveport Diocese are hosting a Mardi Gras Tea Party on Saturday February 22, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton 11-2pm. We are in need of some student volunteers to help with service during the party and set-up/tear-down after. Please contact Heather Miles at 318.294.3095.
