LUNCH:Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here:   Week of 02.24.25-02.28.2025.  https://forms.gle/NLY7KbUy2XLDUuse9 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the student’s Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

SOFTBALL CONCESSIONS: Home games start Feb 19th for our Lady Flyer Softball team and we would love your help with concessions. All students will receive 2 service hours for each shift worked. Click the link below to sign up for games at Loyola's St. Vincent's Field.

VARSITY CHEER: MANDATORY Varsity Cheer Interest Meeting will be Thursday Feb. 20 at 5:30pm in the Loyola Cafeteria.

REGISTRATION: Registration and application for tuition assistance for the 2025-2026 school year has begun.  Please make sure your account has been created in FACTS in order to start the registration process.  The link for information to create the FACTS Family Portal account is: https://factsmgt.com/

The deadline to register and apply for tuition assistance is Monday, March 17.  After that date, the registration fee will increase to $500.

SOFTBALL: Hello Flyer Fans! We are readying St. Vincents Field for the 2025 Softball season and now have General Admission Softball Season Passes on sale. Passes are $40 each and are valid for one (1) general admission per pass to all home pre and regular season games.

As always, Loyola students get into home regular season games free with their student ID. Children 6 and under are free to get in the game.

SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES:

ROBINSON’S RESCUE: The Barkus and Meoux Parade is at the LA Downs on February 23, 2025. The theme is Disney, and volunteers are encouraged to dress up and help at 8 am set-up and 5 pm for clean-up. They are also looking for people to help with clean-up during the parade. For more information contact Ms. Barker.

MARDI GRAS TEA: Catholic Daughters of the Americas in the Shreveport Diocese are hosting a Mardi Gras Tea Party on Saturday February 22, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton 11-2pm. We are in need of some student volunteers to help with service during the party and set-up/tear-down after. Please contact Heather Miles at 318.294.3095.

GARDEN PARK:Garden Park meets every Wednesday, from 3 pm - 4 pm, at 9111 Linwood Avenue. Each week we participate in different and fun activities with the residents of Garden Park. For more information on this service hour opportunity, please contact Ms. Barker.
