- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 05/16-5/17/2022. https://forms.gle/oP5CahjnQAhyobj68 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.

- Graduation - May 13 at 6:00 pm at the Bossier Civic Center
- The last day for underclassmen to turn in service hours for this school year is Friday, May 13th at 2:30 pm.

- Service Hour Opportunity - Looking for service hours during the summer? St. Joseph Catholic Church is gearing up for this year's Vacation Bible School on June 20-24 and is seeking volunteers. Students can sign up by clicking this link https://bit.ly/VBSVolunteer22.
- Service Hour Opportunity - Volunteers are needed for The Arc Caddo-Bossier's GREAT Program. This program is dedicated to building unlimited opportunities for people with disabilities through equine assisted services. The GREAT Program's Camp Victory will need volunteers for two sessions: Session 1: June 6 - 10 and Session 2: June 13 - 17. Both sessions are from 8:00am - 12:00pm daily. - Service Hour Opportunity - Calling all volunteers! The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Student Chapter at Louisiana Tech is in need of volunteers to help out with the 2022 ASCE Concrete Canoe Competition+ being hosted right here in Ruston this summer, June 2nd-5th. Competitors from every region of the United States, as well as, India, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be traveling to Ruston to compete. Not only that, you will get to cheer on our own Bulldogs, as they are slated to compete! Volunteers will be helping with tasks such as directing traffic, serving food, working information tables, setting up events, and welcoming competitors! Volunteers are NOT required to be available the whole weekend.
