Announcements for Monday, January 31, 2022 - Today is a B day.

Hey Flyers! Don't forget to bring bottled water for Christian Service beginning TODAY! Faith on Fire! will be in the cafeteria beginning at 7:15am to receive your donations.

This week is National Catholic Schools Week. Loyola will celebrate the contributions Catholic Schools make to the lives of students, staff and communities all over the nation. We want your participation in the number of activities planned for the week. Today will begin the week with a Team Trivia Game for prizes! Also, from Monday through Friday, Loyola will again collect water for Christian Service. Please make plans to bring bottled water to school. Faith on Fire! will be collecting the water in the cafeteria every morning from 7:15 until 7:40am. You may pull up next to the cafeteria and drop off water if necessary. Please help this great organization help those in need in our community

The Boys and Girls Bowling Teams have matches vs Haughton and Captain Shreve today at Holiday Lanes at 4:10. Good luck, Flyers!

Rising 10th, 11th, and 12 graders: interested in learning more about medical health professions? AHEC of a Summer can give you that, plus 1/2 credit in elective science, and almost 100 hours of community service and CPR certification. Apply with all required materials by March 4. Get ready to boogie down with your date for this year's Sadies on February 12, 2022 from 8 to 10pm in the New Compound at Loyola! Girls will ask dates for this dance! They can ask a friend, boyfriend, or go solo to the dance. Be thinking of some outfit ideas, as you and your date will wear matching costumes, sweatshirts, or T-shirts! Make sure to purchase your tickets with the link attached in your email. It is $7 now or $10 at the door!! See you all there

Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 02.07.2022 – 02.11.2022. https://forms.gle/2PQjB2fC9pxuvDBt9 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up.

Thanks to all the Flyer fans who came out to watch our boys and girls soccer teams play at Byrd this weekend! It was a great crowd! The girls beat Byrd 3-1 with goals by Kennedy Jarrett, Madelyn Van Devender and Erin Campbell. The JV Boys were 2-1 this weekend at their tournament with goals by Jack Gilmer and Ben Brewer. So proud of our Flyers!! Stay tuned for playoff game details!

Parent Announcements

Parents: Registration for the 2022-2023 school year is open. The registration fee will remain at $300 if registering before the deadline of March 15. Financial aid applications are also due at this time. A letter to parents will be sent soon with further details.
