February 23, 2022Announcements for Wednesday, February 23, 2022 - Today is an A day. .
- The JV lacrosse team played a hard fought game in their season opener against Byrd on Tuesday night but lost by a score of 2-5. Grant Sockrider and Grey Burch each had one goal for the night. On Saturday, February 26 the JV lacrosse team will take on the Renegades at 12:00 followed by the Varsity playing their first game of the season at 2:00 at South Bossier Fields. Come out and support your Loyola Flyers lacrosse teams this season!
- There will be a varsity cheer interest meeting on Tuesday, March 1 at 5:30 in the Loyola Gym. This interest meeting is mandatory to try-out for the 2022-2023 season. At least one parent/guardian must be in attendance and it is recommended that all athletes trying-out attend.
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 02.28 – 03.04.2022. https://forms.gle/AJYMTZa9DRb2eaUi8 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up.
- The Aubrey Bailes Bowl-a-thon will be held on Monday, February 28 from 6pm - 8pm at Holiday Lanes. Help us raise funds to construct a memorial that will honor the students who passed away while attending Loyola College Prep. You may pick up a sponsorship/pledge form in the main office.

- Service Hour Opportunity - Mary’s House of Louisiana is requesting 2 students every Tuesday evening for the next few weeks from 5:45-8 pm to assist with childcare. Please contact Marci Moore at 903-926-2017 or [email protected] if interested in service hours!
- The LPA will host its monthly meeting TODAY at the Catholic Center (3500 Fairfield Ave.) at 12:00. The LPA hopes to see you there!

- Trivia Night is back! Don’t forget to register your team for this fun LPA event on March 5 in St. Vincent’s Hall. Doors open at 6 p.m. and trivia starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $50 each and include dinner and trivia. Deadline to register is 2/18/22 Get your team of 10 together and register by clicking here!
