- LCP Baseball will be traveling to New Orleans this weekend to compete in the playoffs. Good luck, Flyers!
- SGA Class Officer Elections are about to take flight! Please view the attached Flight Plan for more details about the upcoming elections.
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 04.24-04.28.2023. https://forms.gle/BHqUsGALtSEysWYc7 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
- LCP Cheer JV & Varsity applications are due this Friday, April 21st. Please contact Coach Andy for any questions.
- Senior service hours are due by May 5th.
- JV Lacrosse will play their last game of the season on Tuesday, April 25 at 6:00pm at Messmer Stadium.
- Prom tickets are on sale now. Go to MySchoolBucks to get yours today. Prom will be held at Loyola on Saturday April 22nd from 8 - 10 pm.
- The annual 5K Sam’s Run, will be held June 3rd, 2023. This Run was established to pay tribute to the memory of Sam Walker Lees. Sam’s Run helps to support and bring awareness to the Foundation that was formed in Sam’s memory. “The Look in the Mirror Foundation '', which has started a college scholarship fund. Please join us on June 3rd, with family and friends, runners, walkers of all ages to celebrate Sam’s memory with this 5K Run. The race starts at 8:00 am, on the grounds of LSUS, followed with food, beverages, music and awards. - Service Hour Opportunity - Volunteer to help with Sam's Run! Sign up by sending your name and number to email (mllees58@gmail.com), or text to 318-208-4473. You would need to arrive at LSUS at about 6:45 am on June 3rd.
- Service Hour Opportunity for former SMCS Students - Field Day is coming up on May 5th and St. Mark's needs volunteers. If you would like to help, please sign up using the link. You must have a C or better in all courses and must have parent permission emailed to Mrs. Watts at kwatts@loyolaprep.org .
- Service Hour Opportunity for former FBCS Students - First Baptist Church School is looking for volunteers to help with Field Day on Friday, May 12 from 8:30am to 1:30pm. - Service Hour Opportunity - AHEC's Discovery Day is looking for students who can serve as group leaders for this one day event on Thursday, June 15, 2023. You do not have to have participated in AHEC to volunteer. Please contact Mrs. Clark for more information.
- Service Hour Opportunity - The 3rd Annual Run 4 Everyone will be taking place at the Ochsner St. Mary campus on Saturday, May 13. T-shirts are available to all volunteers.
Parent Announcements- Anyone who would like to be added to our list of potential paid substitute teachers should contact Mrs. Johnson at sjohnson@loyolaprep.org. Subs will have to follow state and diocesan regulations which include being fingerprinted, having a full background check, and taking Protecting God's Children.
