If you did not get your yearbook last week, please come by room 200 today and pick it up. Remember, everyone gets one. You did not have to order one!
Senior service hours are due by May 5th.
Seniors - cap and gown pick up is in the Anderson Building during school hours.If you owe any fees, books, uniforms etc, you will be unable to pick up your cap and gown until those obligations are met. You also must have fulfilled your service hour requirement. If you are unsure if you owe anything, please contact Mrs. Smith or Ms. Leone in the Anderson Building.
Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 05.08.23 – 05.12.23. https://forms.gle/Sm7HR2kK7EJj2oFy5 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
Flyer DayParty at Garden Park will be Wednesday, May 17th at 9111 Linwood Avenue! Bring your school spirit gear and Flyer spirit, and I'll bring the bubbles and treats. Let's end this school year right by showing the residents our Flyer spirit and talents! The elderly residents really miss y'all, so please join Ms. Barker for one last "HURRAH!" this school year.
Service Hour Opportunity - There will be a sporting clay tournament at the Shreveport Gun Club to benefit St. Joseph School and they are in need of volunteers on the day of the event, Saturday May 6th. The times for volunteers would be from 11am-1pm. The duties would include calculating scores and picking up spent hulls after the tournament has ended. Service Hour Opportunity - Volunteers are needed for The Arc Caddo-Bossier's GREAT Program. This program is dedicated to building unlimited opportunities for people with disabilities through equine assisted services. The GREAT Program's Camp Victory will need volunteers for the summer sessions: June 5-9 & June 12-16; Monday—Friday 8:30-1:00. Service Hour Opportunity - AHEC's Discovery Day is looking for students who can serve as group leaders for this one day event on Thursday, June 15, 2023. You do not have to have participated in AHEC to volunteer. Please contact Mrs. Clark for more information.
Service Hour Opportunity - The 3rd Annual Run 4 Everyone will be taking place at the Ochsner St. Mary campus on Saturday, May 13. Calling all Flyer Football Parents!!!! Our Booster Club is in need of your support. Coach Greene has given us a wish list of items for the team including new uniforms and weight room equipment. We would like to have all funds raised by Friday May 12th, so we can order these new uniforms and equipment in time for our boys to use them during summer practices. Our goal is $50,000!
