May 17, 2023Announcements for Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Today is an A day.
- Attention Junior FAiTH Officers: Anyone who would like to apply to be a FAiTH Chairman for next year, please pick up an application from Ms. Hymel's office. Applications are due by Thursday, May 18. No late applications will be accepted.
- The deadline to submit service hours is Thursday, May 18th. Service hours submitted after the deadline will be credited to next semester.
- Final Exam Schedule for Next Week:
- Monday, May 22: Math 8:00 - 9:15, Social Studies 9:30 - 10:45
- Tuesday, May 23: English 8:00 - 9:15 Science 9:30 - 10:45
- There are extra yearbooks for sale. If you would like one, the cost is $75. Please email a request to [email protected].
- FAITH ON FIRE! MEMBERS, PLEASE LISTEN UP! ELECTIONS FOR CLUB OFFICERS WILL BE THIS FRIDAY, MAY 19TH. CLUB MEMBERS MAY CAST A BALLOT IN MS. BROWN'S ROOM FROM 7:45AM TO 2:00PM ON FRIDAY ONLY. If you previously indicated that you wanted to run but did not indicate for which position, you have until Thursday at 10:00AM to email Ms. Brown your name and the position for which you would like to run. Thank you
- Flyer Day Party at Garden Park will be TODAY at 9111 Linwood Avenue! Bring your school spirit gear and Flyer spirit, and I'll bring the bubbles and treats. Let's end this school year right by showing the residents our Flyer spirit and talents! The elderly residents really miss y'all, so please join Ms. Barker for one last "HURRAH!" this school year.
- Service Hour Opportunity - Volunteers are needed for The Arc Caddo-Bossier's GREAT Program. This program is dedicated to building unlimited opportunities for people with disabilities through equine assisted services. The GREAT Program's Camp Victory will need volunteers for the summer sessions: June 5-9 & June 12-16; Monday—Friday 8:30-1:00. If you are interested in helping, please email [email protected] or call 318.938.9166.
- American Screening Is looking for summer workers - Duties will include taking orders and/or warehouse workers/organizers or website helpers. $12.00 a hour starting; Call 318-798-3306 and ask for Courtney.
