August 10, 2021Announcements for Tuesday, August 10, 2021 - Today is an A day.
- Today is the first day of school for all students. The first bell rings at 7:40. The tardy bell rings at 7:45. New students - remember to wear your badge!
- The cafeteria will be open at 7:00 for those students who pre-ordered breakfast. There will be limited quantities available for walk-up purchase.
- There is a mask mandate in place statewide. Masks are required.
- School pictures for underclassmen will be taken at school this Thursday morning, August 12th by Harrington House. Students will wear the current uniform for pictures. Order forms will be sent home tomorrow. Forms may also be found online at www.harringtonhouse.net . Click Order Forms and then Yearbook to download one.
- Pop Tarts are back! Come by Room 200 and pick up yours for $2 per package. Many different flavors!
- Mandatory swim team meeting for returning members and anyone interested in joining the swim team. Wednesday 2nd half of lunch room 100.
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 8.16.2021-8.20.2021. https://forms.gle/VYUdnDYMmY7AHHxL8 The deadline to order meals for the week is THURSDAY at 4:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. Visit www.myschoolbucks.com to add money. Please verify funds are available before placing an order. **Orders are charged even if not picked up. **Orders must be placed from the student's Loyola Google account/email. If they are not sure how to do this, the student should stop by the Anderson Building with their iPad for assistance.
- The Back to School Dance is Friday August 13th from 8:00-10:00 p.m. outside in the New Compound. This dance is for LOYOLA STUDENTS ONLY. You can purchase your tickets on MySchoolBucks for $6 or for $10 at the dance. Drop off for the dance is by Snoopy's doghouse in the front of the school. Students driving to the dance should park in the VIP lot.

- Parents of New Students: Today you will be receiving an Allergy Assessment form through the "MySchoolPortal". This form asks you to list any allergies your student may have and to state whether your student has any sensitivities to pesticides. The form will need to be completed for every incoming student, even if they do not have allergies. Please complete the form by Tuesday, Aug. 31.
