Announcements for August 13, 2024 - B Day
LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 08/19-08/23/2024. https://forms.gle/HTciN5X5FJicZFJd9 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm.
Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the student’s Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.

Parking: When dropping students off, please do not park in front of the school on the street (on the school side) or in the parking lot in front of the school. These are teacher parking spaces. We have faculty at school by 7:00 AM every day so students may come inside at this time. If you have your child wait with you in your car until the bell rings, please find a place that is not teacher parking.

St. Francis of Assisi Club - The St. Francis of Assisi Club’s goal is to educate the school on pet safety, support local animal shelters, and advocate for pets on local and state level. Members are required to complete 4 service hours per semester concerning animals, such as volunteering at local shelters or vet clinics and assisting with the Blessing of the Pets. "
PICTURES UNDERCLASSMEN : Yearbook pictures for all underclassmen will be August 13th.
Students will need to wear their winter uniform for the pictures.
(Boys and girls will need jackets and ties) New students can borrow a tie or blazer from the uniform closet but they need to have their own blue oxford.
Order forms will be going home with each student.

BLUE SEATS for FOOTBALL: Reserved Blue Seats are on sale for all parents, alumni and the Loyola community. Blue Seat passes are $200 each and are valid for one reserved seat admission per pass for every regular season home football game, including JV and scrimmages. View the Seating Chart here.
We are also offering General Admission Football and Volleyball Season Passes. Passes are $50 each and are valid for one (1) general admission for all home regular season Varsity and JV games and scrimmages.

As always, Loyola students get in free to all pre and regular season home games with their Student ID. Children 6 and under get free admission. If you have any questions about reserved seating or season passes, please contact Jessica Smith at [email protected]
FUNDRAISER: The 6th annual "Run, Run, Snoopy 5K" Saturday, August 24 will be full of fun, great food from Dillas and snow cones!
MEDICAL FORMS: If your child will need to keep emergency medication(s) such as an inhaler or injectable drug (Epi-pen, Auvi-Q) in the office or in his/her backpack during the school day please fill out a Medication Order and returned to the office as soon as possible. One form is needed for each medication required. Also, if your child has an accompanying action plan please forward that as well.
SERVICE HOURS: Service hours done over the summer need to be turned into the office by 8/26/24
