August 30, 2021Announcements for Monday, August 30, 2021 - Today is an A day.
- There is a mask mandate in place statewide. Masks are required.
- TOMORROW (TUESDAY) IS A LATE START DAY. The first bell rings at 9:15. The tardy bell rings at 9:20.
- The first FCA meeting of the year is Wednesday September 1, 2021. It is at 7 am in the cafeteria. Breakfast will be provided and Coach Villalba will be speaking. You did not have to sign up to attend.
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 9.6.2021-9.10.2021. https://forms.gle/tHh5v5QQKRnPA9ks9 The deadline to order meals for the week is Thursday at 4:00pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. Visit www.myschoolbucks.com to add money. Please verify funds are available before placing an order. **Orders are charged even if not picked up. **Orders must be placed from the student's Loyola Google account/email. If they are not sure how to do this, the student should stop by the Anderson Building with their iPad for assistance
- The first Garden Park session will be held this Wednesday, September, 1st right after school in Ms. Barker's class R203. We will be chatting with the elderly residents via Zoom and writing cards for them. We hope to see you there.
- Students and Faculty: Student-led Rosary Monday mornings in the Residence Hall chapel at 7:15 AM.
- Returning Key Club members need to pay dues by TODAY. This may be done through MySchoolBucks.
- We would like to thank everyone who came out to support the 3rd Annual Run! Run! Snoopy 5K this weekend from our sponsors to all the Flyers who served out of love. Congratulations to all the Flyers & Faculty who set new personal records and claimed 1st & 2nd place in their respective age divisions!
Parent Announcements- Parents: The LPA will soon be publishing a Student Directory. The information in the directory will include names, phone numbers, emails and addresses of students and parents. If you do not want your or your child's information published, please contact the registrar this week at 226-6284 or [email protected].
- Parents of New Students: Today you will be receiving an Allergy Assessment form through the "MySchoolPortal". This form asks you to list any allergies your student may have and to state whether your student has any sensitivities to pesticides. The form will need to be completed for every incoming student, even if they do not have allergies. Please complete the form by Tuesday, Aug. 31. - Please join the LPA for our first meeting of the school year! The meeting will be Wednesday, September 1 at noon, upstairs in Rm 3 at the Catholic Center (3500 Fairfield Ave). The LPA hopes you will join us!
- The Loyola 100 Club is accepting memberships currently through My School Bucks (see the link below). Your participation will help support our 2021 LCP Football Team so please consider joining.
