Announcements for Thursday, September 1, 2022 - Today is an A day. 

• Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 09.05-09.09.22.  https://forms.gle/G6R1FEMJrvWD8NAB9 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home.  No exceptions.

• Varsity Football - Loyola vs Shreve TONIGHT at Lee Hedges Stadium

• On Friday, September 2nd, SGA will host a digital Line-up and Sign-up for clubs at Loyola! This is your chance to sign up for clubs you are interested in and get more information about them! Today we would like to highlight... 

Languages and Cultures of the World Club - Be part of our event "A Sample of the World", help with the planning and the activities. Help with the Spanish Spelling Bee and participate in other cultural activities.
Esports - Our organized competitive gaming club, "Dog House Gaming", is all about fun and good sportsmanship. Bring your skillz, bring your gear, and let's get that dub!
Fishing Club - Do you like to fish? Join our club team and compete against the best in the nation in local and national tournaments
Sporting Clay Club - Loyola sends student teams to participate in "shoots" at local gun clubs. We are not a sport and therefore do not have a regular practice schedule, rather, we provide students with a common interest the ability to compete together at charity shoots. All are welcome. You must be able to furnish your own shotgun, shells, and entry fees to participate. All members are expected to either shoot at or volunteer for the spring Snoopy shootout.
FAiTH in Action - Aiding the less fortunate in our community at Christmastime with food baskets.
Faith on Fire! wants those students who are seeking authentic Christian Lives filled with excitement, joy and spirituality. This group is on fire and will engage in activities and service that reaches beyond the walls of Loyola bringing Christ to our Community! Past activities of this organization have included Bonfires, St. Jospeh Altars, and hosting Trunk or Treating for children just to name a few! We live our faith boldly and we want you!
Flyers for Life is a Pro-Life organization who believes all human life is beautiful created in the image and likeness of God and needs to be protected from conception to natural death.

• LCP Rosary group will meet every Wednesday at noon in the Residence Hall Chapel beginning Wednesday September 7th. Parents of Loyola students are invited to join us. We also encourage students to pop in at their lunchtime to participate. Questions and/or intentions can be sent to [email protected].

• To all New Parents:

To better serve you and your student, we ask that you please log in to your MySchoolPortal and complete the Allergy Assessment Form for your new student by Friday, Sept. 2.  If there is any other pertinent medical information that we should be aware of that is not covered in the form, please notify Mrs. Watts in the main office so we can manually add it to your child's record.
