- The Freshman Religion Retreat is TODAY from 7:45 - 2:30 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 522 East Flournoy Lucas Road Shreveport, La 71115 . This will be a regular school day and attendance will be taken.
- Tomorrow (Tuesday, October 3rd) will be a Late Start Day. The first bell rings at 9:15 and the tardy bell rings at 9:20.
- Blood Drive this Wednesday, October 4th ! The BloodMobile will be here Wednesday, October 4th for our LCP Fall Blood Drive! You must be 16 years old to donate. Schedule an appointment to donate here. Loyola requires a Minor Donor Permit signed by a parent/guardian for all student donors regardless of the student's age. Download Minor Donor Permit here.

- Want to have fun and earn a varsity letter? Join the Flyers Bowling team! Interest meeting Wednesday October 4th second half of lunch in room 100.
- Softball interest meeting Wednesday, October 5th in room 102 during the second half of lunch. Email Coach McGimsey at [email protected] with any questions.
- Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 10.09.2023-10.13.2023. https://forms.gle/ndk4RvYhnxQdAheH6 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm. Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the students Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up. Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.
- Service Hour Opportunity - Volunteers are needed to assist at the Blessing of the Animals event and vaccination clinic at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church on Sunday, October 8th. For more information and to register to volunteer, please see the attached flyer.
- Due to the Freshmen Retreat today, the make-up day for the Religion Test will be Tuesday October 3 after school just for this week.
- It’s time for our GIRLS SOCCER season!! If you have any questions, please contact Coach Mark Matlock at [email protected] * Girls Soccer Tryouts will be held Wednesday, 10/4 at the Cargill Soccer Complex on Turf Field #3 from 3:00-4:30 pm. Players will need to wear soccer cleats and shin guards.

They are available for purchase on MSB, Venmo @LCP-LPA, or by cash or check to the Anderson Building. If paying online, please fill out the green "Sponsorship" form or yellow "Senior Seating" form and email it to the appropriate Chair. We can't wait to "Twist, Rock and Hip Hop Through the Decades" with you.
