CEREAL COLLECTION: Beginning Monday, Dec. 9th LCP will be collecting cereal for Common Ground and the “ Flyer Express.” We are asking each student to bring in their favorite box of “fun cereal” to share with their fellow Flyers and to donate to Common Ground. On Monday, Dec. 16th we will have a Pajama Day and cereal during lunch to kick off exam week. We donate all the extra cereal to Common Ground for their food pantry. LCP is building a Flyer Community citywide.
GIRL’S SOCCER: It’s game day!! The Lady Flyer soccer teams play Benton tonight at Bossier High School. The varsity team kicks off at 5:30 with JV playing after at 7:15. Tickets can be purchased at the following, no cash payment at the gate.

BOY’S AND GIRL’S BASKETBALL: This Friday, December 6th, we have a home game for both the girls and boys basketball teams as they take on Magnolia. It will be a WHITE OUT so please come support your basketball teams and wear white! The girls game starts at 6:00 pm with the boys following.

FLYER MASS: Flyer Mass will be held Sunday, December 8th, at 5:30 p.m. at the Cathedral. Following Mass, there will be breakfast for dinner in the Parish Hall. Email [email protected] to RSVP by Friday December 6th.
LUNCH: Students must order lunch a week in advance via a Google form here: Week of 12.09-12.13.2024. https://forms.gle/mtWzs9EaZatdR48Z7 - The deadline to order meals for the week is FRIDAY at 2:30pm.
Funds will be deducted from the student/faculty My School Bucks account. **Orders are charged even if they are not picked up. ** Orders must be placed from the student’s Loyola Google account/email. Orders not picked up by the 2nd half of lunch will be made available for sale. If you will be late due a meeting, test, etc, please arrange to have your lunch picked up.
Due to our vendor agreement with our Cafe provider, fast food or delivery are not allowed. Lunch should either be ordered from the Cafe, or brought from home. No exceptions.

PORTER’S COAT DRIVE: Please bring in gently used or new coats to help those in need this winter season. The coats can be dropped off in the box located in the front office. The final pickup will be before Christmas break. Let’s show our Faith in Action to our local community.
SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES:
WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA: On December 14, 2024 at 11:00 am (wreath placement immediately following ceremony), Wreaths Across America will be at Greenwood Cemetery to remember and honor our veterans through the laying of remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

GARDEN PARK:Garden Park meets every Wednesday, from 3 pm - 4 pm, at 9111 Linwood Avenue. Each week we participate in different and fun activities with the residents of Garden Park. For more information on this service hour opportunity, please contact Ms. Barker.
