December 17, 2021St. Anthony often meditated upon the great humility of Jesus in His Incarnation. One night, his little cell suddenly filled up with light. Jesus appeared to Anthony in the form of a tiny child. Passing by the hermitage, the count saw the light shining from the room and St. Anthony holding and communicating with the infant. The count fell to his knees upon seeing this wondrous sight. And when the vision ended, Anthony saw the count kneeling at the open door. Anthony begged Count Tiso not to reveal what he had seen until after his death.
Announcements for Friday, December 17, 2021 - Today is an exam day. Once students finish exams, they will be dismissed for the day.- Regular Schedule Exams are Thursday and Friday of this week. Once exams are finished, students will be excused for the day.

- THE GYM IS CLOSED FRIDAY. The floor is being redone and NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON IT. Thank you for your patience.
- Any students who are not currently on the football team but would like to try out, please see Coach Greene before noon on Friday..
- Student volunteers are needed for a December 18 community project called Wreaths Across America. Volunteers will help place a wreath on 800 veterans graves at the Greenwood Cemetery (on Stoner Ave. not far from LCP). The ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m. Register to volunteer online at https://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/.
- FAiTH Chairmen Applications for next year are available in Ms. Hymel's office. The application must be completed and returned in person, not by email. to Ms. Hymel by Friday, December 17, no exceptions will be made for late submissions. Come by Ms. Hymel's office anytime for an application.

- Parents: Registration for the 2022-2023 school year will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 5th. The registration fee will remain at $300 if registering before the deadline of March 15. Financial aid applications are also due at this time. A letter to parents will be sent soon with further details.
- Trivia Night is Jan. 29, 2022 at Loyola College Prep! The Loyola Junior class parents will host this fun night of trivia, which raises money for the LPA. Tickets are $50 each and include dinner and trivia. Doors open at 6 p.m. and trivia starts at 7 p.m. Get your team of 10 together and register by clicking here!
