Kyle Tanner Named as Girls Basketball Head Coach

We are very excited to share that Coach Kyle Tanner volunteered to come out of his coaching retirement to fill the girls basketball head coach position for the 2024-25 season. Coach Tanner has a strong history and impressive coaching record as the girls' head basketball coach. He is the winningest coach in program history, and the Class 2A state championship highlighted his program’s history in the 2011-12 season. In 2022, Coach Tanner left the Loyola sidelines with 241 wins and five district titles.

To round out the girl's basketball coaching team, Coach Zach Schonfarber will be the Associate Head Coach, and recent Flyer alumni Tiffany Siharath will serve as an assistant coach. Zach is a 2013 alumnus of Loyola, and he has worked with our basketball team in many capacities over the years. Tiffany is a 2022 graduate, one of 16 former Lady Flyers who have scored 1,000 points in their careers. She is the school's 3-point record holder.
