Transferring to a new school can be an overwhelming process. Allow Loyola to make the transition easy for you! Transfer students are encourage to tour our campus and then interview for an available class seat.
In order to transfer, students must apply and then schedule an admission interview. Immediate transfer requests can be accommodated in some situtations. Waiting until a semester change is not required. Admission interviews can be scheduled by contacting our Admission Office at (318) 226-6285 or [email protected]. After the completion of your application and interview, the Admission Committee will meet and issue an admission decision.

In order to streamline our administrative processes at Loyola, students and their families are now required to complete an Admissions Inquiry Form. The form can be accessed here.
Once you have completed your student's inquiry form, Loyola will process and generate your parent(s) username and password.
Using your username and password, you will log-in to your account and view your admission checklist, required steps that should be completed during your interview and before your admission offer.

When you have completed all required steps of the Admission Checklist, you will be able to complete the pre-enrollment form. Data from your inquiry form will be populated and allow you to update and add additional information required by Loyola. You will access all steps of the process by visiting https://loyolaprep.myschoolapp.com/app/#login
After completion of the inquiry form, admission checklist, and pre-enrollment form, your enrollment form will be created in our TADS system. This system will allow you to pay your student(s) registration fee, apply for tuition assistance (optional), and complete a tuition agreement. An email will be generated with your login credentials.
